Vision Health Partners
Working together to advance eye health across Canada.
National Vision Partner Coalition
Fighting Blindness Canada works closely with a core group of national vision health organizations through the Vision Health Partners’ Coalition (the coalition). This coalition represents our primary federal partners and together, we collaborate on federal policy advocacy, support the implementation of Canada’s National Eye Care Strategy, and raise awareness of the importance of eye health for all Canadians.
As a coalition, we bring together research expertise, lived experience, and policy insight to speak with a unified voice on shared priorities, including timely access to vision care, sustained investment in vision research, and coordinated action to address preventable and treatable vision loss. This collective approach strengthens advocacy efforts and helps position vision health as an essential part of overall health and well-being.
In addition, Fighting Blindness Canada works with clinicians, researchers, community groups, and organizations across the country to address specific needs and advance meaningful, lasting progress for people living with or at risk of vision loss in Canada.
