person filling out survey on a tablet

Fighting Blindness Canada wants to hear from you! By filling out our surveys you’re telling policy makers what it’s like to live with vision loss and will help explain why it’s so crucial that new treatments are made available and accessible to all Canadians.

  1. Socioeconomic impact of inherited retinal diseases (IRDs)
  2. Living with an inherited retinal disease (IRD)
  3. Living with age-related macular degeneration (AMD)
  4. Living with diabetic retinopathy (DR) or diabetic macular edema (DME)

Your responses are anonymous and confidential. You can complete multiple surveys if you have more than one eye condition.

Know someone living with these eye conditions? Share this article with them. The more feedback we collect, the greater the impact. Thank you in advance for sharing with us.

Survey 1: Socioeconomic impact of inherited retinal dystrophies (IRDs)

The survey closes on June 14, 2020.
