person filling out survey on a tablet

Fighting Blindness Canada wants to hear from you! By filling out our surveys you’re telling policy makers what it’s like to live with vision loss and will help explain why it’s so crucial that new treatments are made available and accessible to all Canadians.

  1. Living with an inherited retinal disease (IRD)
  2. The financial cost of living with an inherited retinal disease (coming April 2020)
  3. Living with age-related macular degeneration (AMD)
  4. Living with diabetic retinopathy (DR) or diabetic macular edema (DME)

Your responses are anonymous and confidential. You can complete multiple surveys if you have more than one eye condition.

Know someone living with these eye conditions? Share this article with them. The more feedback we collect, the greater the impact. Thank you in advance for sharing with us.
